"Rock 90s Rock Starting with Grunge and moving to the birth of Nu-Metal; from Nirvana and Pearl jam to the Smashing Pumpkins and Nine Inch Nails. " best describes what im looking for

Kexp.org is one of the best in my opinion. Even though they have a lot of softer stuff...

WinAmp seems to have a ton of stations available. They also have a few video channels as well.
---------------
Winnow is currently listening to sounds of garbage disposals and toilets flushing.

Sorry for not explaining this better. I don't have permissions to install software on my computer at work, and it doesn't have winamp, only an old realplayer and wmp for streaming files. I'm fully aware of the leetness of shoutcast.
I've got another request however, can someone find me a streaming internet radiostation from japan?
I found one earlier but instead of streaming it went to their webpage and the links there were only for the japanese callsign thing, thats all I could find TT
