Port help....

I try to go to win amp and shoutcast to listen to an internet radio station... but the ports are blocked. Does anyone know of a way I can get around this?
If your company is running an ISA firewall, the way to get around it is to enter into the proxy line in options...
domain/username:password@proxy:port
You'll have to find this info for your network.
