I picked this game up at Gen Con the first year it came out. I loved the game and the miniatures that came with it. I haven't played it in years and I no longer have the pieces to play it. I had heard they made it into a video game. Does anyone have this game or can anyone give me their opinion of how it compares to playing the actual game?

There was a coin-op game a long time ago that was similar in premise to this. I just can't remember the name.

The video game totally sucked - no customizable players or anything, the cool thing about blood bowl was naming your star players and such.

The bad thing about it, it took way to long to play.

yeah I agree it was a long game to play. Pretty much why I am looking for it for the PC. But if it sucks that bad then it may not be worth the effort of finding it. Maybe it is time to design one.

I am a Games Workshop fanatic. I have the original Blood Bowl, Dungeon Bowl, and about 12 teams, fully painted. The video game was teh suck.
