What does this mean?

So I have a bunch of EDO memory sticks. I am searching online with the numbers on the actual chips on the ram.

I am getting good results. However, the description they are giving me.... I am uncertain of how I calculate the amount of RAM per chip.

Yes I know I can install the ram and find out that way but I do not have access to a computer for that at the moment and I need to find out the amount of ram I have per stick.

So the description shows as
Description: 1M x 4-bit dynamic RAM, 60ns
The stick of ram has 8 of these chips on it.

Does that mean it's an 8MB stick of ram?

or

Is it 2 MB because it's 1 MB per 4 chips?

or

Something else Dups you fucktard!
