Character Recovery

I need some help. 4 days ago my main, Wiever, poofed mysteriously from my character select screen. I have petitioned several times and have only heard from Guides saying that my petition has been escalated to the GM level. I am yet to hear from any GM. Has anyone ever had this happen? I have heard of some out of game ways of getting help with this, but I have had no luck yet. I have gone to everquestlive.com and talked to live chat tech help and was told this can only be resolved in game. I have even sent Alan an email (had to try) and haven't heard anything yet from that. If you have or know anyone that has had this happen, could you please post how you got this resolved or who I might be able to contact.
I am slowly going crazy(er) from this.

It's the newest Bard nerf. No more swarm kiting, ever!
That, or it is their fix for our new 200+ tracking skill:
Manager: "Who ever gave bards 250 tracking skill with the last patch, fix it today or your fired!"
Programer: "but...but....I don't know how!"
Manager: "You have one day!"
Programer: /delete bards, "problem solved"
Sorry about what happened to you, I'll try and dig up a Gm e-mail address for you...the one who actually had a clue.
Miss you Wiever.

I had a problem where the character selection screen had lagged up while I was deleting alts and accindently deleted my main in the process. I went to the eq site and sent an email to the server gm, along with the in game petition, it took a couple of days but my character eventually got restored.

Email your Server GM.. That's the best way to handle it.
Roving GMs are harder than hell to get a hold of. Explain in the email about what happened and give your account name.

The best ways as mentioned are to simply go to
http://www.everquestlive.com click "Contact Your GM" button on the left side...fill out the forms explaining everything.
However, I would keep a /petition in the que when you are on (you can check to make sure it's still in by typing /viewpetition)...this way if a GM does happen to logon they can resolve the issue right then and there, which has happened to me in the past.
But, I swear, GMs Decrease (Or at least, it could be said, GMs fail to INCREASE) as Player Base Increases so...just keep trying and good luck!

Dunno Akaran... My company sends out one like that when people email for tech support. Of course we guarantee a response within 48 hours.... But for some of the minor cases, I'm willing to bet several of those emails can be solved by going to the support base on Station.sony.com.
