Helpdesk screwup

So I work for a helpdesk. This guy , from a different queue providing HD for another client from my own, screws up 
It seems he copy pasted the wrong information into the record. It gets saved and their is nothing he can do about it.
What he pasted is kinda funny because it is a little embarassingly nerdy content.
Some names and info omited for confidentiality.
Their is about an hour of difference between saves. So he was most likely informed about it from someone else that read it lol.
Thought I would share.

Scene One:
A wolf hunts down and kills it’s prey. The prey is not described.
Scene Two:
A heroic barbarian warrior called Bron Nor Mon finds a princess of a far-off land, covered in blood, crying over the mauled body of her dead lover. Bron learns from the princess that she is a werewolf; cursed to kill those she loves by a vengeful witch. The heroic Bron vows to help her, and they set off toward the princess’ far-off home to find the witch.
Scene Three:
Almost a month has passed in their travels. The princess tries to send Bron away, confessing that she has fallen in love with him, and afraid that she will kill him. He refuses, declaring that more than a match for any mere werewolf.
Scene Four:
This is the third and final night of the full moon. Just like the last two nights, Bron battles the werewolf. It’s a decent fight, but just as he claimed, Bron is more than a match for the werewolf. He manages to subdue her without injuring her, and takes no wounds in the process.
Scene Five:
A week later, they come to the outskirts of the princess kingdom. The heroic Bron has become very fond of the princess.
Scene Six:
Many of the princess’ subjects have come to kill the princess – who while cursed, killed the entire ruling family. Bron dispatches a few of them with his sword and publically declares to the survivors that he will force the witch to break the curse.
Scene Seven:
Bron and the princess have found the witch. The witch is not evil, but vengeful. The princess fell in love with her son and the princess’ father had the witches son killed when he found out his daughter had been deflowered. The witch cursed the princess, making her a werewolf that would kill anyone she loved and loved her back.
To break the curse, the princess must love someone who loves her back, and also powerful enough to survive her werewolf nature. More, this person must impregnate the princess and that the father must survive long enough for the children to be born. Once this is accomplished and they are a family, the curse will be broken. If the hero dies, the children will miscarriage.
Scene Eight:
