Left Brain Right Brain -- Weird

This is soooo stupid but true... and it's going to drive you crazy!

While sitting at your desk, lift your right foot off the floor and
make clockwise circles.

Now, while doing this, draw the number "6" in the air with
your right hand.

Your foot will change direction and there's nothing you can do about it.

Tried this and cant seem to keep the foot moving clockwise.

Depends on how you draw your sixes.

i dunno i can do it without even sticking my tongue out :p

has nothing to do with left brain/right brain anyways.

all voluntary motor (movement) activity on the right side of the body is controlled by the left motor cortex, and the left side of the body controlled by the right motor cortex.

the ability to do multiple coordinated movements at the same time (this excersize) is just dependent on how "smart" your motor cortex is. When people use expressions like "muscle memory" they are essentially talking about your brain learning to control muscles, in part with motor cortex (cerebellum and somatosensory cortex also). Muscles of course don't "remember" anything.

I tried this while biting down on a mouthful of Lemonheads and had a lucid vision of Ruth Buzzi sucking on Beyonce's clit.

Can't wait to try this with a mouthful of Laffy Taffy.

I couldn't do it... don't know what kind of million dollar men we got above, but it seemed pretty impossible to me.

This reminds me of some excercises that I learned when doing Tae Kwon Do. I did some training with Sang Lee at his dojang while I lived in Colorado Springs (he wasn't my normal instructor, but he was a friend's father - was nice to train for free with the Olympic coach!). We had to do many different hand-foot coordination drills to allow our arms and legs to "multi-task". This isn't so different from what a drummer learns to carry a different rhythm with each hand (and foot!).
