Oldest internet joke?

I was just curious. What's the oldest internet joke you could remember that was widely known.
Example: The WAV file - not mp3 file from nowadays... old school wav file of the word fuck is pretty old.
Along with the donald duck blow job wav file.
I cannot seem to think of any older ones...
Can you? It's hard to pinpoint when they came around. But well, rough estimates will do fine

I remember when the first "cool" things to do on the internet were chat on irc, play quake online, download funny sounding wavs and trade pictures of naked women... oh wait I still do that!
The duckjob one is pretty old. There was another one of elmer fudd wishing a happy birthday or christmas or something and he goes "ah fuck it". I guess the one that readily comes to mind is only about 5 years old or so, but it's my personal favorite... the infamous
ebonics delta commercial.
