Since the new NVIDEA drivers, every time I exit EQ my monitor resets the desktop area... I have to sit for a few minutes to resize my the area of display itself (NOT resolution.. just area of the screen itself).
Anyone else having this problem? Know of a solution? Any Clues? It's extremely frustrating.

I'm not having that exact problem, however I am experiencing various graphical problems in jedi2. Haven't noticed any change in EQ or other games.

If you mean the desktop is now a smaller area in the upper left hand corner of my screen...that has happened to me for ages now, altho not everytime I exit EQ. I have to go into properties to resize it to fill the screen.
Would love a fix for that!

I've been having a problem with the new Detonator drivers, where in-game everything is extremely dark, even with all my settings as bright as they can go.

detonator drivers have always had that problem. (being too dark)
seriously. I myself, as well as friends...used to hang towels or trash bags over our windows and play in the dark...because we couldn't see the screen otherwise.

If your using Windows xp, same damn thing happened to me. Downloaded the old 2000 driver. Think it was 12.88 from Nvidia. FIxed the problem for me.. GO RETRO! woohooo!

I have a Geforce3 ti500, and never have that problem. What type of NVIDIA chip do you have?

not sure if your asking me or Drust.. so I'll just add a post count...
I have a GeForce 2 gts 32.
this only happened to me however, AFTER I upgraded the OS to XP. With 98se, the system worked fine with updated drivers.
Not sure if it effects 2000 as well.
