also generally a bad idea to disclose the playername publically of an account to be sold, since that is against the EULA, etc.

i don't hate sellers, i hate buyers that don't know what they're even getting except it is supposed to be uber and they just proceed to fuck things up in game....i wouldn't give a rats ass if all buyers knew what they were getting and how to use it....

Exaaaactly. The only issue I have are the retards that a) sell in secret while their guild wonders why they suddenly start playing like a crack monkey, b) get loot the day/week they decide to ebay.
That said, if someone decides to come back to the game and wants to buy a 65 cleric instead of leveling one, I can empathise with that reasoning (assuming they can play one). Which also means I'd rather see people ebay their 65 cleric than delete the toon so I have to help level/equip another one.

How about maybe they arnt poor? Why not get money somewhere that you can. I dont know about you, but a extra 300-400 dollars landing in my lap from a game I played would be nice.
