Ah Sorry! The .asx one cannot be saved like a normal file, just view and hope it becomes choppy-less!
Perhaps it's less choppy at another time viewing it!
Second movie can be saved though!

Downloading the second one now, the first one was saved to my harddrive in the choppy way, i would probably have to wipe my temp files to try again

Its Kung Fu adapted to competition.
San Shou.
You can throw etc
Some people who train Wushu emphasize forms, they have a lot of forms and weapons competitions.
Some prefer the fighting aspect more, so they compete in San Shou / Sanda.

ah I see, I'm not a huge fan of fights, I just dont mind seeing 2 people beating the fuck out of eachother. Clean fights of course.

Pride Gp (First movie) have very good rules, the best you can have if you like fighting Full Contact.
