Been trying a lot of different drivers to solve the problem, and today i installed the latest catalyst driver 3.9.
Then i looked in device manager and saw Radeon Probe driver. Deleted it and been free from the horror.
The Radeon Probe had something to do with radclocker that is in the Omega drivers.
I used Driver cleaner before reinstalling the new drivers too.
