Starting Sunday night when Veeshan crashed, I started to have some of my fonts show up in italics that never have before:

In the text entry box on eqlive's forums, some of the fonts on Allahkazam's, and the name and guild information in EQ that floats above everyone's heads.

Does anyone know anything that can repair a corrupt font?

Think there's a repair option in Microsoft's TweakUI power toy that will allow you to repair corrupt fonts.

I grew a brain the day after I posted that and realized that I had a 2nd computer with good fonts, so I deleted all of my Arial fonts from my system, and re-installed them off of copies from the other computer. Worked like a charm
