And how would you know if someone turned in before you was standing next to them?

And how would you know what they recieved?

I think the presumption is that people would charge less for a spectral turn in and so they take the chance that if they buy 4 turnins for 1k each they have a chance of landing that 20k spell.

Of course the person doing the turn ins takes the chance of selling a 20k spell for 4k.. and of course you have to trust that the person turning em in won;t have a couple back up crap spells in their inventory just in case.

Thank you for the concise summation Ajran, however, as well as my taking the chance that the person will not rip me off the person may also get the chance to sell a 50p spell for more.
