Notice the guy was charged with a felony for that. That is pretty harsh charge just because the convenience clerk was a moron.
I remember seeing another case not long ago where someone did something similar. The cops laughed it off because there was no crime against it. Cashier was stupid enough to accept the bill. There is a crime against using counterfeit money but this $200 bill was not a counterfeit because there are no $200 bills in circulation.

They're prolly gonna nail him to the wall using some obscure provision of the patriot act. Clearly passing a utterly ridiculous fake bill is a terrorist act.

No, strippers know thier money....I won't go out and say they have a high average IQ, but they definately know money when they see it.
