Did anyone actually go out and See "Gigli"? I bet you are wishing you had that one hour and a half of your life back!

Can't say I saw it coming, I was hoping it would stop before they go too far. Somehow I really don't see them together. I bet if they did get married they'd divorce a year later due to conflicting schedules and lack of time together. It's not like they even could work in a movie together (see Gigli)

Jen really seems to have too much going on in her life to make room for marriage.

It really wouldn't hurt my feelings if they were both hit by a bus.

I agree with Ennia, it probably wouldn't have lasted more than a year anyways. I don't understand the fascination the media and public have with them. =p

A local radio station took the numbers fromthe opening weekend of Gigli and divided it by theaters showing the film and came up with the average of ONE person per theater per showing. lol

They both suck in that department.

Here's what I want to know. Why the hell should this be news? I was walking down Front St. today and was bombarded by blurbs on the newspapers. I open up yahoo, hey, there's a headlin of Jennifer Lopez (I refuse to call someone JLo) and Bucky Afleck breaking up. Golly, thanks yahoo! Btw, how's that whole Iran nuclear thing going?

Celebrity worship has gotten so ridiculous. I'd be against even complimenting and actor or musician on their work because it might be misinterpreted as some fanboi's declaration of love. Here's a story. I was sitting in the food court of the building where I go to school having a coffee, and I look over and at the table across from me is Gordon Pinsett. He's an old Canadian actor, I doubt many people here know him, but I actually went to college with his nephew. I stopped myself from going over and saying hi just because I don't want to be yet-another-person who harasses someone of a celebrity status.

Have I mentioned I hate the media?

im sure at least 75% of these celebrity marrages are a publicity stunt and they just sleep around with whoever they want

i think that the whole "wedding weekend" was just a way for them to cause a media frenzy, especially since they needed another aspect of their lives to be focused on since Gigli bombed completely.

They're probably going to go off and have a superseekrit private ceremony while the media is frazzled by this "breakup" story.

Then again, they might've broken up and stuff. Who knows? Maybe Jennifer realized what a goober she was going to marry and decided to call it quits before it was too late?

I still can't figure out how Lopez has any noteriety anyway...she can't act....she can't sing... seems the media got so obsessed with her that she became 'America's Sweeheart' for no reason whatsoever..

Lastly, Affleck was the bomb in Phantoms..

I find it funny how Jennifer once said how Gwynneth Paltrow became well known just because she dated a star (guess it was Brad Pitt that made her a "star"). Yet, Jennifer herself wasn't too well known until she was on the arm of Puff Daddy (now P. Diddy).

It's all a stunt. They were pissed that their super secret plans to get married were leaked to the media no matter their Rave tactics. They'll be married before Xmas.
