Try them if you have Kazaa,etc. Search for Nada Surf-"Blonde on Blonde" or "Bacardi" or anything else. Its not all great stuff, but its worth a listen.

High Speed Soul is cool, it's on their latest album. (which isn't terrible.. much better than that 'Popular' era stuff.)

I remember when Popular was popular. I saw them do a "live" performance of it on some beach-side MTV show. It was the worst thing I have ever heard. I remember being really embarassed for them. Haven't heard anything by them since, perhaps I'll check it out though
