I'd love to try some of ethnic foods you might like, mind you no lutafisk or whatever it's called

maybe gross out food can have it's own thread here too though

I love this forum! I have a few great recipes I'll be sharing in the near future (ie. gumbo, cuban food, etc...) Also, I'm starting culinary school in September so you'll be hearing even more from me then.
