Pyrella, Xouqbvgybx, Is this just teh me?

I've been trying to update my profile for a couple of days and when I press submit I get a 'page cannot be displayed' thingy. I'm trying to upload a pic for avatar reasons but it won't work
Anyone know why this might be happening, if it is just me?
