Only 5 left. Last night's performance was pretty awesome except for 1 of them. That one I think is going to get the axe next I believe. And that person is, "I have an eye twitch" Nikki.

I predict that one of the prettyboys will win simply cause the majority of the voters are prolly 12-21 yo girls.

I don't understand why the teeny-bopper set is so obsessed with him. He's UGLY. His face looks like it's made of plastic, his nose is freakish, and his hair...well, let's not even talk about his hair without mentioning the words "Sideshow Bob."

If you're gonna stock a show with prettyboys, at least make them pretty.

I saw the show once...saw some hot chick dancing, and like voted for her or something.

This is just like all the other reality TV shows. They get all this "hype" about it...shit like Survivor (slightly better than American Idol except American idol has/had hot womens!). But anyways they just build a strong fanbase in the beginning and those judges are pretty good actors themselves. Esp. the asshole one. In all reality all the talent finders or whatever they're called are true blue assholes...but hey they got hired for some reason or another right?

Well they booted RJ. I thought he would have gotten tossed next week but oh well.

About this being like survivor...ummm no. In about 6 months to a year you will find yourself, or some chick you know, singing their songs in the car. You prolly won't know who is singing it at the time but then you will realize that it was one of those kids from that show. Where as the best Survivor can do is put a losing chick in Playboy and put the winner on game shows.

The saddest part about all of this is, there is going to be a show like this but for Country singers. I hope they keep it on the country station.

Man, after last night's performances I wouldn't be surprised if Nikki stayed and Justin got the boot. Kelly rocked. Tamyra's first song kinda sucked.

Can anyone believe that Tamyra got the boot last night? My wife and I were in total shock. We couldn't believe it.

the shock to me was that Justin stayed, the boy's got to go. Or sing his heart out next week and hope the girls catch some horrible cold or something.

Yep this was a shocker but, Did you know the show producers have the right to overturn the vote? Yeeeees they do , so we will see Tamarya again. Matter of fact, Simon even made a statement hinting at that last night.

I don't think that will really happen though. To do that would set a precedent that will make people think that their votes don't really count. I am not worried for the girl because she most likely is already signed with a huge company in the industry. I mean, hell, if Ryan Star can get a job doing all sorts of things then Tamyra should be set for life as long as her voice holds out.

Somewhere (I think latest US magazine) I've read that the winner is getting 1million contract and the rest nice prices too, with at least the final 5 getting recording contracts as well.

I said the exact same thing about the voting....but every contestant signed an agreement with simon's company saying they understood that the producers have the ultimate say on who stays and who leaves, also the contract says that none of them can go to any other recording company without Simon's ok until december, that includes the previous people voted out... not all of them just the final 10.



Gads, I know waaaaay too much about this show....It must be because of my 11 year old daughter... yea, thats it, it's my kid's fault
