Question about this new GM system

Basically from what i can understand, we have a line now and they just get to the servers one by one.
Well Veeshan hasnt had a lead GM on since before Thursday.
Can anyone give me an email so i get to one easier?
Kashi's epic mobs got fubar'd by a zone repop that was given with about 2 seconds of warning.
And im trying to get a GM to either let us kill the mobs again or replace the items that poofed for him.
For the BST that know the epic, it was the Timorous Deep Mobs that were screwed.
We killed all 6 with the help of Grakk and Company.
But 2 bodies went poof on the ground
Anyone have another email or something i can use?
Other then the EQLive "Contact your GM" shit.
