Make n Bake your own Protein Bars!

Practical and Fun!

30 gm of oatmeal cooked first and then everything else mixed in together.
12 gm of low fat banana muffin mix
2 egg whites
1 scoop of whey protein ( i use strawberry, some prefer vanilla)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 pack of splenda (i assume any other artificial sweetener would work here)
Mix it all together, preheat the oven to 350 degrees, and leave in there for about 20-30 min, keep checking on it once in a while, and you are done.
You can make 4 small muffins, 2 big ones or 1 huge f***er, it's all up to you and the way you like it......
this whole thing, and i wouldn't share it with anyone...LOL...has:
30 gm of carbs
32 gm of protein
4 gm of fat

Makes: 16 servings
Ingredients:
2 cups natural peanut butter or cashew butter
1 3/4 cups honey
2 1/4 cups of protein powder (I use egg protein)
3 cups dry, uncooked oatmeal
Directions:
Combine peanut butter and honey in a large mixing bowl and heat in the microwave for about 70 seconds.
Stir in protein powder and oatmeal. Mix thoroughly. It will be thick!
Press into a 9" x 13" pan. Refrigerate until solid enough to cut and then cut into 16 equal bars. Wrap each bar in foil or saran wrap and store in plastic baggie in refrigerator.

Low Carb Low Fat Protein Bars:

- 7 scoops Protein powder
- 1/2 cup melted low fat margarine
- 4 oz. fat free philadelphia cream cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts (to lower the carbs & fat)
Directions:
Melt low fat margarine and fat free cream cheese in microwave or double boiler. Stir until smooth. Mix in protein powder & nuts. Stir until mixed. This will be very thick and hard to stir.
Put in a greased bread pan. Chill in fridge for 15-20 mins. Cut into 7 pieces. When firm, you can wrap each piece in plastic/waxpaper wrap and store in fridge.

Carbs per bar: 4g
