I dunno who gave him admin rights, coulda been a bug - though it's doubtful. Aranuil's explanation is the only one I can think of, as well.

I was always under the impression that the Machine was one of the IAEs..would explain FoH membership too.

Abe, Nanamar or Pyrotech...
Nanamar was old school enchanter, Pyrotech started off as a wizard, then liked the enchanter gig more. Lost touch with both of em during my break from EQ bout 5 months after SoV came out. Any news would rock regardless of either of them being "TheMachine" or Lleluvyn.

Fiae was "The Machine" on his web page =)
The Machine on VV (here and in the past) is somebody different. I dont know who it is, but he does (did) play on Veeshan, but did make it clear he wasnt Fiae.
"The Machine" is a nickname that certainly a couple of people could have made up for themselves independently =)
