Click on the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button

lol, thats pretty good.

I have seen similar pages where people who know the google search algorithm manipulate their page to ensure that it gets to the top of the list. The only one I can recall is when someone made their friends home page be the first page returned when you did a google search for talentless hack (but because of the publicity, other people topped that page in the results).
