and are there any ways to get them faster

Your options:
1.Cyber Xouqua or Pyrella.
2.Donate money to them which helps cover overhead for the server.
3.Be a good mendicant and solicit everyone else for some.
4.Post a lot of bullshit.
5. Participate in contests.

Confirmed that cybering Xou and Pyrella does not get you more VV points.
