Got to lvl 13 I think, 889 casulties and scored 79940.
I purchased the temple and archery, but no clue how those worked, so I just kept on fortifying. Btw I'd have to agree, crushing is cool.

Once you purchase a temple, you can grab a guy and drop them in the middle of your castle... they will be 'converted' and then after you get archery range, mana pool, or workbench, you can assign each converted guy to a job. (Archer, Wizard, Repairman)
You have to have enough money to upkeep them though BEFORE the round starts. So don't blow all your money once you start training soldiers.

at level 14 or something these huge guys start coming out i couldn't pick their butts up and toss them.. i could only blow them up with the demolition dudes.. needles to say the level lasted to long and i ran out of bombs to kill them off..
definately get a temple first thing and start building up your converts right away.

I've mastered this game. Stage 45.
castle has 500 000 hit points, all buildings, 855000 spendable points, 920 slaves, 35000 kills, 7 000 000 points...yup.

I got bored at work and started playing this.
Currently stage 26 - 500 archers, 200 wizards, 100 workmen.
I don't even look at it now, it plays itself, heh. Though if I get reall bored I try and beat the archers to the kill with converting via the wizards.

God damn, that game is pretty cool
Got to stage 14, had all buildings. A good amount of archers / repairmen / Wizards ( or so i thought ! ) then one of them uber sticks came out and kicked my ass !

I'm going in to lvl 14 now with 21 wizards, 8 archers, 3 craftsmen, and my castle has like 31000 hps \ fort \ whatever. This game is fun!

Beat lvl 15, got 65 wizzies now...nothing at all even got to my castle haha. 100,000 spendable points too!

Finally got it to where it can play its self, lvl 24, 71 wizards 71 archers and 50 Craftsmen.
TONS of converts waitin !

I'm at level 72 ... Once you get the turn spell, you can't lose. :\
500 of each unit, at least 300 in reserve, 1 million HP on my castle

I just open the window every 20 minutes to hit ok and move to the next level.

yeah, i dunno Zam, same thing happened going from lvl 16 to 17, i lost 41 of 47 wizards

You're dudes die if you don't have enough cash at the BEGINNING of the round to keep the maintenance up on them - as posted earlier.
Doesn't matter if you have the $$ at the end, you have to have enough at the beginning to carry your guys through.

Always keep at LEAST 20,000 ABOVE your upkeep costs and youl NEVER lose ANY converts.

Around level 4-5 get a Church and start converting asap as many as you can.
Around 12-13 get mana pool and train as many wizards as you can upkeep.
Use the wizzards to completely obliterate the enemy and gain extra converts whenever you can.
Around 15-16 buy an archery range - You should have about 100 wizards at this point and that will be plenty to get as many converts as youll need. Convert as many enemy as you can so long as you have enough mana to do the AE explosion thing to control them - train all converts as archers. By the time you hit 400 archers, about 2% of the enemy will make it to the gates alive - if that.
17+ buy a workshop, train about 25-40 repairers, spend the rest on fortifying your castle. With ~400archers, and 25 repairers, the game will completely play itself.

Once the bombers come out the game is a complete joke. If you don't have the archers at that point you just wait for the crazies to get in the middle of a pack and boom!
I think they should have come up with something better than the suicide bombers, because it just makes killing their own guys so much easier.
On stage 47 right now, 800 archers, 200 wizards, 100 workers.
It's funny seeing the big purple heads beating on the doors and then going splat.

lol it does become a joke after like lvl 20, i just attack with the convert spell now heh
