Meecrob lives near Pottamina....like he said...his summer/weekend house. But 3 hours away from his regular home.

You can't sue someone Pottamina's age. And since Bumblebeetuna was like level 35 or something low.....the 100k he stole was an equal trade for his 35 cleric character or whatever Bumblebeetuna was. So in otherwords there is relatively little to be gained if it ever did escalate to some legal action. As a matter of fact, Bumblebeetuna (or actually more likely his mom) would actually lose money on the deal...apparently you know little about the situation, or the legal system.
