Couple songs I can't find the names to. Need help!!

Ok. Song with the lyrics of "By God, I'll take you on - by God, I'll take on anyone". Sounds metalish. Would love the name / band for it. TNT is using it as their new music for Charmed commericals.
Second song.
Godsmack does it... it's the one that'yre playing for the Navy commerical "In pursuit of life, liberty, and all those who threaten it." If anyone knows the name of this song, you pwn.. and I want to know!

the godsmack song is called "greed" which always struck me as funny...the whole navy ad campaign makes me laugh...
the other one i'm not sure...I'll see what I can find

it's very easy for someone to mistaken a Godsmack song for another Godsmack song, they all sound alike
