I'm Nord the recruiting officer for the Guild Brothers in Alliance. We are currently looking for Enchanters,Rogues and Clerics 35+ interested in joining one of the best and most social guilds on Veeshan. Look man, VV is the most powerful guild on Veeshan. We have killed the Tribble king, and we have destroyed many, many Warp Core Reactors. You're welcome to post here, but don't insult our guild ever again!

VV is a diffrent breed of EQ message board, its considered bad form to NOT jackass a first time poster here and generally you have to take most everything that is said as a joke, if not you will walk away mad as hell ever time you come here.
From reading the posts below yours it looks to me like you got a warm welcome, and no one was trying to bite your head off, just a few folks having fun.

I got a 34 enchanter I stopped playing because of lack of company in that level range
maybe I can dust her off for a couple nights a week, it's an alt though, not sure if that's so appealing if you need very active enchanters
