Its mostly a problem I get when I am browsing certain sites, this message appears on Netscape: "The procedure entry point _JVM_supportsCX8@0 could not be located in the dynamic link library jvm.dll." It brings up this message, then when I click ok, it shuts down all of my netscape windows. I have a similar problem with IE, but IE just shuts down the windows (doesn't bring up the warning).

If anyone knows what I can do, or who I can contact please pm me or send me an e-mail. at chriswong_02@hotmail.com

Try installing a java client. The error you are getting may be caused by the browser being unable to find your java install directory. I have seen similar problems and re-installing the client usually worked.
