War Songs and Songs of Revolution

Start naming both the song and band as well as the category it falls under. I want specific songs and artists, not just "anything by Rage Against the Machine". Feel free to quote any part of that song that strikes you.
I'll start. Both of these are anti-war songs.
Creedence Clearwater Revival --- "Fortunate Son"
Some folks are born made to wave the flag,
Ooh, they're red, white and blue.
And when the band plays "Hail to the chief",
Ooh, they point the cannon at you, Lord,
It ain't me, it ain't me, I ain't no senator's son, son.
It ain't me, it ain't me; I ain't no fortunate one, no
System of a Down --- "Fuck the System"
There are OMGIAMRETARDEDCAUSEALOTISTWOWORDS of songs in both categories. Just curious what others might come up with. Btw, Micheal Moore's new SoaD video for "Boom!" is done rather well.

Masters of War - Bob Dylan
quite possibly THE anti war song
about a million other songs come to mind

Disturbed - Enemy

Peter Gabriel, "Games Without Frontiers"
Nena, "99 Luft Balloons"
On the radio today I heard Avril Lavigne's "I'm With You" remixed with various people saying hello to their family members in Iraq. WTF, who picks these songs?? That kind of shit makes the Baby Jeebus cry.

Disturbed - Enemy
That's pretty much the only Disturbed song I like, but damn it's a good one.
Another good Metallica song would be "For Whom The Bell Tolls".

Faith No More
"War Pigs"
Generals gathered in their masses
Just like witches at black masses
Evil minds that plot destruction
Sorcerers of death's construction
In the fields are bodies burning
As the war machine keeps turning
Death and hatred to mankind
Poisoning their brainwashed minds, Oh Lord yeah
Politicians hide themselves away
They only started the war
Why should they go out to fight
They leave that all to the poor
Time will tell on their power minds
Making war just for fun
Treating people just like pawns in chess
Wait til the judgement day comes
Now in darkness world stops turning
As you hear the bodies burning
No more warpigs have the power
And as God has struck the hour
Day of judgement, God is calling
On their knees the warpigs crawling
Begging mercy for their sins
Satan laughing spreads his wings, Oh Lord yeah

Yeah, but I heard this song originally as the live Faith No More remake, so that is the version I like most and associate with the song.

fuck the system by SOAD isn't about war...there's no lyrics to the song besides "FUCK THE SYSTEM!" The rest of the song is just random noises he makes with his mouth. Although SOAD does have a lot of songs about war. Like "War?" and "Boom!" and "A.D.D." You can check out the Boom video

Weird...

On the official SOAD website under the lyrics to fuck the system the only lyrics in the song are fuck the system. I would copy it from there but I'm too lazy to run out to my car to get the CD which you have to have in your computer to get to the lyrics.

The Beatles- Revolution
You say you want a revolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
You tell me that it's evolution
Well, you know
We all want to change the world
But when you talk about destruction
Don't you know that you can count me out
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right
You say you got a real solution
Well, you know
We'd all love to see the plan
You ask me for a contribution
Well, you know
We're doing what we can
But when you want money
for people with minds that hate
All I can tell is brother you have to wait
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right
Ah
ah, ah, ah, ah, ah...
You say you'll change the constitution
Well, you know
We all want to change your head
You tell me it's the institution
Well, you know
You better free you mind instead
But if you go carrying pictures of chairman Mao
You ain't going to make it with anyone anyhow
Don't you know it's gonna be all right
all right, all right
all right, all right, all right
all right, all right, all right

actually, Revolution is aalmost an anti revolution song...if you'll read the lyrics
Kind of like "Won't Get Fooled Again" by The Who...it's a revolution song, that halfway through gives up, and says this revolution sold out like the last one.
Both are fantastic songs of course.
edit - repeated myself ><

I always saw Revolution as just anti violence, not anti revolution overall...
Besides, it just said songs of revolution, not songs for revolution!
