Shaman can make race illusion potions. All you need is meat or parts from any playable race and one wormroot. Combine the two and you have the race illusion potion. They have the exact same effect as enchanter illusions.

The meat and parts are fairly easy to get....the problem...wormroot costs about 80pp each.

Who the fuck is going to pay 800-1000pp for a 10-charge illusion potion used mostly for fun?

The price is too high even for that. It's a money sink at 200pp for a 10-charge. at 800+pp they will get less money back than at a lower price point.

i agree with you winnow, so it is a 2 fold thing.

1. a hardly used money sink
2. something they dont want proliferating all over the place

It's a fun thing.... that's fine if you wouldn't drop plat for illusion potions but I might and I know other people who would.

Maybe, if the illusion lasted 90 minutes and didn't drop when zoning.

I don't see people giving druids 1000pp for a port and 9 future ports. 10-charge potions are too expensive and a single charge isn't worth the time to make.

If you could use the scorpion parts to turn into a scorpion, etc.., I'd fork up for one or two charges

Really, though. Illusion potions can be useful in certain situations. Gonna have to check that out. With Illusion: Ogre, you don't get stunned from the front, right? Could help on big fights with non-Ogre tanks.

actually im not sure if they work just like enc illusion. I bought a wood elf illusion and im still kos to places (iksar).

That be because initial faction is a combo of race+diety. Iksars can only worpship CT. Not many more folks would like Woodies that worship CT than like iksars that worship CT.

Not possitive on this but I do believe that if you are agnostic and have an illusion on that you are pretty much indifferent. Correct me if i'm wrong (I'm sure you will )
