Developed this website as a test to gage interest in this type of information to help in the flaming of others on Veeshanvault

Not too bad. You're missing Ixtlan, RoW, and SI off the top of my head though.

Can probably remove the CT column...

You should probably add Trek Club, since there are sekret members in most of those guilds, some are so sekret they dont know they are TC.

Oh and you can probably consolidate guilds that are always together into one column. For example, is the CD column really going to be different than the CoE column. I don't think so.

I am not claiming this is an accurate end all, be all list. Just a fun little list I made after reading about it on another server.

If nothing else it gives guilds a list of MoBs to check off as they progress in power.

I think it is going to be cumbersome to upkeep this but hey, knock yourself out if you want to do this. Way too many guilds and way too many mobs.

I think it's kinda cool as a measurment of how all the guilds compare vs. one another. Again I think it would be hard to get going but if you really want to invest the time into doing it, I think the more appropriate course of action would be to PM all the guild leaders of the guilds you are trying to keep track of and ask them if they would want to participate and keep YOU up to date.

Honestly as a server if I where a GL of a guild I would want to know what targets other guilds HAVE hit and as a mark of achievement would make sure that if my guild COULD hit it, than do it.

Likewise I would also LOVE to see someone start a server calendar system. I've seen on other servers where guilds don't FIGHT to take a mob, guilds reserve days and trade of raiding nights to hit targets and it's a lot more friendly of an environment amoungts guilds and you don't have people trianing one another and steamrolling, and shit like that. Of course being one of the older servers in EQ this server has developed it's own style and personallity on how guilds interract and that may never change, but you never know, it might in the future if someone started such a thing.

Oh and also I think you should break up the various expansions into seperate pages. Old World/Planes, Kunark/Kunark Planes, Velius, Luclin, PoP, LoY.

And if it really takes off maybe have an ub3r rating based on the difficulty of the mob and allocate points to the guild based on being able to take down the mob and total up the scores or something like that. I dunno maybe that's far fetched, but it's an idea.

Oh oh, and I really do like how you handle VP, ToV, and VT.

Sori, the calendar system is a joke. Go look at some of those servers who have it and see what the wait is for some mobs. Yeah, I want to schedule out 6 months to kill something.

There will be a calendar system on Veeshan when I say so, and not one moment before. That moment will come exactly NEVER.

Calendar systems are for communist pussies. Where I come from, the guild that takes the initiative should reap the rewards. If you want to be a communist pussy, /movelog as soon as possible. We have enough regular pussies on this server; we don't need communist pussies as well.

I mean that from the bottom of my heart. If you want a calendar, get your happy ass off Veeshan with all haste.

One other thing. When's the last time you were involved in a spawn dispute Sori? Just curious when it was, and what mob.

Reguarding you're spawn dispute question, it was Lodi about a month ago. Had about 5 other groups of people try to KS us. We prevailed and I got my piece of lodi's shell.

I would hate to see a server that had Lodi as a mob on a calendar system. You might as well start putting the Sebilis rares on it as well if that ever happens.

Veeshan is an old server.
The servers history is based on competition.
There has never been a calendar and there never will be one.
