I do like rain/water effects. I remember how impressed I was just riding my horse around in the rain in Red Dead so this is a positive thing.

I don't know but did you notice the comments in that article? Many were making fun of the driving physics. I guess we can expect more of an arcade type game which is OK as long as it isn't too crazy bad driving physics.

Personally I prefer more arcade than simulation. I doubt it will be super realistic since that's what the Gran Turismo series does. It would be odd to see two first party studios basically doing the same sort of game.

As far as the comments go I didn't actually read them. This isn't really a game I'm looking forward to playing. I'll get it just because it's (sorta) free on PS+ but other than that no real interest. The last real racing game I enjoyed was Burnout Paradise. I've tried a few newer ones since then but was always disappointed.
