The trailer looks really good and it's set in the same continuity as the current Arrow series. This trailer is about 5 minutes. DC and CW are not messing around with these shows.

DC is killing it with TV shows the same way Marvel is with movies.
Flash already has a bigger following than Arrow on the CW forums even before it's been released.
