Google Voice vs Siri

For the record: Google Voice > Siri
I was visiting relatives for Christmas this year and I can't believe how often I was using Google Voice and Siri.
Google Voice is plain faster and better than Siri. (at least for now) For example, when I was checking the status of an inbound flight, Google easily gave me detailed (spoken word) updates on flight times/status by just saying the Airline Name and the Flight Number while Siri found jack shit and just did a google search.
Even though I have Siri, I find myself using Google Voice. Amazing how fast you can get info. Google also tends to have more voice responses as opposed to text responses.
On the other hand, I finally tested out using voice based driving directions with Apple Maps and it worked fantastic. It got me right to my doorstep from about 100 miles out. I'll try Google Maps next time but I'm not really looking at maps, just the verbal prompts with the phone display turned off and Apple Maps worked great.
Whether it's Siri or Google Voice, voice based control has come a long way and will only get better. I really didn't use voice until this past trip and now I'm kind of hooked after getting used to it. Both Siri and Google Voice have been extremely accurate (at least with understanding what I'm saying)
