PoP Question

for all of those who know most of PoP someone was telling me about getting a box that summons a fishing pole and all he had to do was pay the guy for components could you give me information on where this quest takes place thanx

Allakhazam's has a lot of good info on quests.
The quest you are talking about is for the Fishermans Companion.
The quest originates in POK but the quest items are found in PON and POV and have to be 'fished'. Since those zones are 46+ you won't be able to do it yourself... best off to just buy the items and hand them to the questgiver (barbarian named Ramos Jerwan).
