Ugh I am Amercan and even I wouldn't force anyone to drink that horse piss Miller Light. I am a straight microbrewery man myself. The beer just loses any goodness when made in batches of 50k gallons at a time.

A common problem, Faerin, but easily avoided. Simply rub your igloo down in a mixture of one part seal blubber, two parts kerosene. The blubber acts as an insulator while at the same time repelling the harmful rays of the sun. Fortunately, we only have to worry about that for one month out of the year, since the remainder of the year the sun doesn't even reach the frigid, desolate U.S./Canadian border.

I traded a beaver pelt, a jar of maple syrup, and a super-sized order of poutine to a cowboy who came riding up to my igloo for the kerosene. He was an ok fellow, but he kept firing his guns into the air for no reason and hootin' and hollerin'.

In addition to dealing with the aftermentioned problems we must also deal with maurading polar bears and sea gulls.
It is really getting bad here actually.. just yesterday a pair of seagulls flew away with the doggie.
Poor the Biffin.

... and out on the praries we have a hard time getting whale blubber/seal fat/etc. , so we use bear grease. It has the added benefit of keeping most of the wolves away. Bastards tend to get in the fur stockpiles if they can...makes a hell of a mess...
