This came out today, and after listening to it all the way through several times, I can safely say its fucking great.

It's a theme album, following the life of a fictional character up to his death. It's short, only about 40 minutes, but there isn't a dull moment in the album.

If you're a roots fan, a fan of hip hop, or even just a fan of good music that tells a good story and touches on many important pieces of life, you owe it to yourself to BUY this album.

There is also a cool iPhone app that goes along with the cd, it was free for a period of time, not sure if it still is.

Picked it up, great album. Hard to categorize it, flows very well.
