I was listening to Joe Walsh - Life's Been Good and remembered how I used to butcher the lyrics in certain parts. The one that came to mind was "My brother Rodney does 185..." when it was supposed to be "My Maserati does 185...".

Anyone else butcher the lyrics to songs?

I like to throatily murmur away any time Pearl Jam comes on.

There was a argument for a long while amongst my friends about a line in the song "Tha Crossroads". I maintained that it was "I miss my uncle Charles, y'all." and a few people argued to no end it was "I miss my uncle jojo", which is of course wrong, and maybe even a little racist.

My favorite was an ex that swore The Doors were telling her to "drive on through to the other side"
