It's basically just people organizing through Facebook/Twitter, etc. to protest things like tax dodging corporations, and banks that took bailout money in the UK. I think they even got Vodafone to cave in and pay at least some of what they owed.

I wonder if this could work in the US, or if property laws would prevent this type of thing at a business. This is the only real way to get a corporation to change it's ways, hit them in the pocketbook.

Would especially like to hear the opinion of any UK folks, if any are left around.

While nice in theory to think about citizens banding together against things which are truly wrong, it reality all it would take is a commercial on Fox by some dipshit like Beck to get the ignorant masses to say the protest was marxist or socialist or communist or something. Sue me, but when it comes to this country I'm definitely in the glass half3/4 empty camp.

I read an article about how the Neocons have kept the poor idiots voting for them. They've convinced these people that they're not "poor," they're just not rich yet. They're pre-rich, like it's definitely gonna happen someday. Despite all evidence to the contrary.
