Magicka

Anyone try this out? Supposed to be interesting in that it allows you to create lots of spell combos.

I grabbed the game but haven't tried it out yet.

Bought it last night after reading the Kotaku article. Can't wait to try it tonight. :)

Played the demo last night and had some fun.
I went ahead bought it this morning. Figured it would be tough not to find 10$ of entertainment there.

I haven't tried multiplayer yet, but I think I'm on like level 9 of the campaign. It's actually pretty funny, there are a lot of pop culture and internet meme references. Totally worth $10.

It's pretty hilarious playing it with some friends. The accidental explodings of each other are hilarious.

I played it a bit, got irritated over the ability to kill quest NPCs, the "you gotta HOLD DOWN a mouse key to move, haha, welcome carpal tunnel syndrome), and the fact that you move so slow, so i deleted it again.

Yeah, the hold down mouse to move was a bad design decision.

Doesn't this have a Vietnam expansion coming out? I think I'll get it on steam. Thanks for the heads up.

Btw, I've always thought this looked like it would make a good iPad game.

I got the package deal for 7.50. Then, I bought all the Dawn of War 2 Retribution DLC. Then, I bought Bioshock 2. Then, I hurried up and got the fuck out of steam before I bought more shit.

I fired it up and it has native Eyefinity support. Seeing the game across 3x24" monitors is nice!
