Livemeeting under Firefox?

Wondering if anyone has had this working lately. Supposedly MS is leaving it intentionally broken under non-unix Firefox 3.6+.
Under windows_anything it eventually gives you a "not a supported browser type for this system" error or something along those lines which lends some credence to that. The web console doesn't work under IE9, not an issue for a while yet.
Where the topic came up and my real interest is trying to run it under linux to support a customer. About the best I've been able to do is get the client to show up in the livemeeting console before crashing.
