Started playing the beta today.

Very early comments:

Positives

Highly polished for a beta
Very cool User Interface
Fun Fast Paced Action, (Think Demon Souls but faster)
Excellent Graphics. Will take advantage of high end cards
Quest System is very cool
Characters look great, high detail on armor/clothes/weapons

Negatives (mostly due to being in beta so lacking some features)

Characters lacking customization. Excellent looking characters/animations but missing lots of choices so far in beta

This game is worth checking out. The UI and fighting system take a little getting used to but they are unique and WORTH learning, unlike FFXIV.

The game play has been a blast so far. The UI is impressive. There are some great ideas being put into the interface. It's a step in the right direction and away from the normal MMO clones.

Watch in 720p if you can. Game video stars about one minute in. The guy does cover a lot of stuff in the 10 mins.

It's shaping up to be a very promising free to play game. I'll post here if more beta keys are released.

This is really just an online hack and slasher.
Do they still only have 2 characters you can play?
Have they added a combo system yet?
Is it still just mindless button mashing?

It's not a terrible game, it's just kinda shallow and not particularly challenging.

They say often that this is in extreme beta. Initial opinion for me is that it looks cool. Much like Age of Conan did. I think the problem for me is the lighting. I really can't get into the world due to the lighting for some reason. WoW is horrible at this as well. The only game that got it right was EQ. I loved the thunderstorms and walking around in Kithicor at night.
