Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time - $30 at Best Buy. I take it that probably means sales numbers weren't that decent. Which is disappointing. We need more games like this and less first person shooters.

The PS3 version comes with a code to get the Vita version for free. Supposedly you can "double platinum" this just by platinuming it once on a particular console, save onto the cloud server then retrieve save on the other console.

It will be 10-15$ in another 2 months or less. Sony sent that game to die along with Starhawk, Twisted Metal, and All Stars from last year.

This game had a price cut before it was even released. Not sure if that was due to low pre-orders or what. I don't think the PS3 version will ever hit $10 though simply because it does come with the Vita version. My guess would be $20/$10 for PS3/Vita respectively. I went ahead and picked it up at $30 today even though I'm sure it will go lower eventually. Two plats for the the price of one here I come!

All 'cross-buy' (Vita/PS3) titles are supposed to have a price point of $39.99 for the PS3 version... except Ratchet and Clank FFA which was half the price.

I did pass the sale info on to a friend who replied "I'll just wait until they give it away for free with PS+", which is also a valid point if you're in no rush to play the game.

I'm not sure it's all that valid really. Still hit and miss what makes it to PS+. I don't think this game will make it there anytime soon. And if it does I doubt you'd get the benefit of the Vita version. Which I guess probably isn't a huge deal to most considering the Vita sales numbers... Regardless, I like the series so I have no problem spending $30 on it. Don't be so cheap, people!

Yeah I am really tempted to buy it, but I'm gonna wait. I've still got the last couple hours of dead space 2 to finish, and I haven't finished AC3. I'm going to try and get those done before I buy anything else.

Halo 4 is a great game too. I ripped through the single player in a couple of days, which is odd for me! The enemy types are fun and different and I liked the new weapons a lot. The story was pretty lame, but all Halo stories are lame.

The campaign in halo games have always been entertaining for me. You just don't play it on pussy mode, and the game is a lot more fun/challenging.

Just a reminder this ends in a few days. Is a good deal if you've been thinking about getting +. I got 2.5 years for free basically by applying for their Credit Card a few weeks ago. I'm set until Jan 2016 now!

Target is having a Buy 2 get 1 free deal next week. It's worth mentioning because there is an absolute ton of games relased last month and this month so it would be a great deal for anyone that skipped anything (Like me, who skipped them all!).

My birthday is also right around the corner, so I may just get 6 games.

I was going to buy Lego City and Monster Hunter and get 1 free today but my wife surprised me with this haul when I got home from work instead, all from the Target sale!

Tomb Raider
God of War Ascension
Gears of War Judgement
Monster Hunter HD
Lego City Undercover
Crysis 3

It's my birthday on Saturday (38, thanks!) and she gift wrapped each one in a different paper. Have I mentioned lately how amazing my wife is? She puts so much effort into the smallest things!

I've played about an hour of Lego City Undercover and it is pretty amazing. Easily the best in the series and the WiiU game pad interaction is top notch. My daughter's eyes lit up every time the girl called and communicated through the pad. Using it to locate footprints and bad guys was icing on the cake.

I'll try and get in some Monster Hunter tonight, but we still have Hobbit in 3D to watch as a family and I need to get a good night sleep (making up for the past 2 nights!). I leave tomorrow morning for NYC for 2 days and then we're heading to Boston for PAX East so I feel like I'm abandoning all these great new games without even getting a chance to try them out! This get away is just guys though, so we'll have plenty of time to discuss these and other games during the trip.

Monster Hunter with better graphics.

Spell effects are awesome on some of the more powerful spells. Monster tornadoes, etc. Fun game. There's a big thread here on it with tons of details if needed.

Uncharted 3 for free! Too bad the download is 40 gigs and leaves people like me with the backwards compatible one unable to download it. It's the single player only (which is what I want) but they make you download the multiplayer too, and the French and Spanish language packs and some 3d movie with it.

Stock up for PS4! I'm good until early 2016 but might pick up one or two and sit on them for the next 12+3 deal.

Rocksmith also on sale for $10 (includes cable) for any music people. Seems like a good price. You'll need to provide your own guitar!

you can replace it, but most people probably haven't. the hard drive is just a non proprietary laptop drive. unlike the xbox 360 proprietary drives that MS sold for like $300 for 50 gigs.

Hey Funk, I think Uncharted and Sly are both free right now for ps+ members so you may want look for a deal with different games or a lone system deal. Honestly, a memory card deal is more important than a game deal in the long run for the Vita IMO.

Someone back me up on the ps+ games. I'm at work atm!

Yeah I'm skipping that. I'll wait to try and find a better deal on the vita itself, not so worried about game bundles.

I got my eBay confirmation for the Vita. Newegg was the seller so it's all good. It's listed for 179.99 on Newegg's site. Still 149 using your link.

What size memory card do I need if I just want to freeload off the PN+ games and never buy other games? Don't plan on using it to store music, vids or anything else except whatever it takes to try out the features it shares with the PS4?

Is Netflix already on the device or do you need a memory card for that as well? 8GB enough for a couple games and apps? What exactly can you do without a memory card? Is it just a brick without one?

Not sure what you can do with no memory card. Pretty sure most things like Netflix are apps that you have to download so you'd need a memory card. 8GB is decent if you want to just have a couple things. Depends on how often you want to delete stuff.
