Turned 40 in Feb myself Kilmoll and while the body is hurting, I am actually looking rather good. Still have a 34 waist, under 200 pounds (barely, but not bad being I am 6'1" and athletic). I am hoping I can hang on a litttle longer, but noticing significant decrease in eyesite. Still 20-20/20-25 but was 20-15 before. Hearing seems to be getting worse too. Also have issues with healing. Doctor says it looks like I will have to rebreak the foot and put in a plate. Otherwise it has been an easy transition.
