Bestiality video industry hit as Dutch give animal sex the thumbs down

Tom Phillips - 3rd February, 2010

The source of four fifths of the internet's bestiality videos may be on the way out, after Dutch lawmakers approved a ban on having sex with animals

Currently, animal sex is not itself illegal in the Netherlands as long, as it could be proven the animals were not injured - a situation rectified by the legislation approved on Tuesday by the upper house of the Dutch parliament.

The new law bans human sex with animals, including in private situations where the animals are not injured, and prohibits the production or distribution of animal pornography, a summary of the law posted on the upper chamber's website said.

Given the illicit nature of the product, precise figures on animal pornography video sales are difficult to find, but the Dutch newspaper Algemeen Dagblad, in a 2007 survey, found that distributors in the Netherlands were responsible for some 80 percent of bestiality videos worldwide.

The bill was introduced in April 2007 and passed the lower house in July 2008, but took time to make its way through the upper house to final approval. It was not immediately clear how soon the law would go into effect.

Not a boy band unfortunately, Canelek.

Many of the younger generation look like that these days (that party a lot around Stureplan).

This is the sad truth. :D

I'm offended by people who appear as though they've never once been dirty. Live a little, pampered weenies.

Artist's Comments
I’ve been reading both Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Icelandic history books, and it was fun how in the Finnish book Sweden was described as a cruel overloads who terrorised Finland during the time they were ruled by them, but in books from all the other countries Sweden is described as rather stern, but far from cruel. According to the other history books, the Finns were in fact just fine under Sweden’s rule, and felt they were as Swedish as the actual Swedes.

The idea I got of Sweden and Finland’s history from reading all those books is this:
Finland started out as a bit of a drifter who was just living from day to day. Then Sweden decided that he needed a bit of education and structure, and taught Finland to read and write. Sweden could be rather nitpicky and hated when Finland played his (shamanic) drum, but other than that they got along just fine.

But then things started going down hill. When big-ass scary Russia grabbed Finland by the collar and dragged him off, Sweden did noting and Finland never forgave him for that.
His time with Russia started out fine but ended up not being fun, and he started thinking, “This is all Sweden’s fault! And my time with him was never that good anyway! Nitpicking, drum-hating bastard!”

When he finally managed to fight his way out of Russia’s clutches, he was a far more moody and violent Finland than before, so while Sweden still liked him, he loathed Sweden.

End of weird history as interpreted by Humon. Should not be taken seriously.

Finland and Åland

Artist wrote: People becomes crazy axe murders for various reasons

Inspired by a comment to one of my pictures, “It’s incredible how such a small island like Åland can keep a whole country on it’s toes. It’s like Åland rules Finland and not the other way around!”

Obviously I’m overdoing the real Finland and Åland’s relationship, but I had to illustrate just how much of a troll Åland can be to Finland, because he is the only male character who isn’t afraid of Finland at all. He has been playing his cards perfectly from the start, and now he has Finland by the balls, so to speak.

Besides, Finland needs to be put in his place every now and then. Yes, their family is a little dysfunctional at times.
