To be taken seriously on teh intarnet, you need a FAQ.

But Drolgin, I hear you cry. We don't want to be taken seriously, this is the Vault, home of unmitigated asshattery and rampant flaming.

Besides, says the powers that be, we already have a FAQ - see up there? It's right where it says FAQ.

The official FAQ is only about how the BB system works, we need one for people to read so they know what the hell this place is about, so they know that posting anonymously like a dickhead will get you flamed, so they know that trolling for jackassings make them look like an even bigger dickhead, so they know that...

Is there anyway to stop the anon trolls? Maybe default no posting rights of new registrations until we verify their character ingame or have current users vouch for them.

I little more maintenance but worth it IMO.

FAQ stands for frequently asked questions. If you haven't noticed, trolls don't ask questions, especially those on how to behave on a website forum. Better just to let them come, flame 'em to hell and back, then ban them, its fun too.
