PM me your gmail address and I can toss you one. I played with this a bit yesterday, and it seems like it's still in a earlier stage of beta than I was expecting. There are a lot of basic functions I would think would be there that aren't. Having to click to start typing a message, and have to click to send said message are both kinda basic for chat, even though I know this is more than just chat..

Have you used it with another person, funk? You can see what the person is typing, real time. Having to click basically just "saves" it, kind of like you're posting a reply here or sending an email. So, essentially, you only have to click to have people see it who currently aren't in the wave with you.

Yeah, that is nice if everyone uses it that way, but they weren't when I was using it So if the other people you are chatting with keep making new windows, then your text ends up being buried up towards the top and not on their screen. The text in real time is pretty cool though, I was laughing cause I could hear my buddy at work typing and see his text pop up at the same time.

I wouldn't want someone seeing what I was typing real time. Too many typos and also I change my mind sometimes after a quickly typed response, erase and text out something a little more reasoned. Just say no to live visual typing!

ICQ did this 10+ years ago! I never understood why any other IM client I tried never used it. Too bad ICQ became a bloated piece of shit. I liked that program
