Cancelled!

I have my renewel set up for 6 months at a time. I cancelled today and missed my cutoff by 3 fucking days. My account is active until Dec! Grrrr.

I did almost the exact same thing before (the first time I quit playing the game), and called them to complain. They agreed to refund my charges, but said that I wouldn't be allowed to re-activate my account until after that 6 months would have been up.

When I went to re-activate 3 years later, there was still a hold on my account. Had to call them to get them to remove the hold.
